Bio

Erica Allen, associate director of events and donor relations for the NC State University College of Sciences Foundation, is a higher education professional with more than eight years of experience in advancement. Erica joined the team in August 2021 as a frontline fundraiser, before finding that her talents best suited her current role in August 2022. Erica champions the NC State and College of Sciences missions by intentionally stewarding the donor community and organizing impactful events, succeeding in her goal of broadly engaging alumni.

Originally from Rochester, NY, Erica began her higher education career at SUNY Geneseo, running the student call center. In every stage of her career, it’s been important that her role works to make college education accessible. In her free time, Erica enjoys being the loudest Buffalo Bills fan in the room, going to concerts, and trying out new gluten-free snacks whenever she has the chance.
