Giving

Your support shapes a new generation of well-rounded scientists who will make extraordinary contributions that change the world.

We’re Building a World-Class College

Building a world-class College of Sciences means enrolling the brightest students and hiring the most talented faculty. But competition for those talented people is fierce, and state funding is tight. That means the college needs scholarships, professorships and state-of-the-art facilities to attract the very best people to our campus.

You can help. The Think and Do the Extraordinary campaign provides many opportunities for donors to make annual gifts or create endowments that benefit generations of NC State science students. And through the flexibility of planned giving, donors can include the college in their estate plans, an option that can offer substantial tax benefits.

Dean Chris McGahan discusses how the Think and Do the Extraordinary campaign has benefited the College of Sciences — and how donor support will continue to help the college grow and thrive.

$60M+ Raised

The College of Sciences surpassed its Think and Do the Extraordinary campaign goal 18 months ahead of schedule.
