License Types
Named User License
A named user license is assigned to a specific person and it allows them to use Creative Cloud on 2 computers, including 1 personally owned computer.
Shared Device License
A shared device license is assigned to a particular university computer that is used by multiple people, such a computer in a lab or classroom.
Costs

License purchases are a commitment to pay every year through FY25. Licenses can be transferred but not cancelled.
The department’s business officer will need to approve all license requests.
