Important Information for Hiring Managers & Student Workers
Student workers have a responsibility to be prepared with mandatory documents to work at NC State University. Students are at risk of a late paycheck or termination of employment if they are unprepared for employment. The Federal I-9 E-Verify process is mandatory
New employees will receive an email (from perfectcompliance.com or DoNotReply) providing you with information on completing Section 1 of your I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, which you can do remotely. Section 1 must be completed on or before the first day of employment.
