Register today for PAMS Alumni Science Cafe!

As the event Website says, NC State’s Homecoming celebration is much more than just a football game. “It’s a weeklong series of traditions and community events that capture the things our students, faculty, staff, alumni and friends hold dear.”

In keeping with that spirit, the College of Physical and Mathematical Sciences is offering a very special event as part of Homecoming 2012:

Inaugural PAMS Alumni Science Cafe
WHAT: How far would you go to learn about the mysteries of exploding stars while reconnecting with your NC State friends and classmates? Thanks to PAMS, you don’t have to go any farther than the Nature Research Center, the new addition to the NC Museum of Natural Sciences in downtown Raleigh. We hope you will join us for this special Science Cafe, hosted by the Nature Research Center’s resident science comedian, Brian Malow, and featuring NC State astrophysicist Dr. Carla Frolich. Light appetizers and refreshments will be provided (cash bar available).
WHEN: 7:00 p.m., Friday, November 2
WHERE: Daily Planet Cafe, Nature Research Center, NC Museum of Natural Sciences
PARKING: For the best information, please visit the museum’s Website.
