Job Submission & Fees

Job Submission

It is preferred that customers submit their jobs in person so that we can discuss project specifications and design with you. Please bring any sketches, drawings or mating parts related to your job.

Work Request Form

Work request forms can be picked in the shop or you can print out a work request form, have a professor, department head or dean sign and bring the form to us with your job submission.  The form must be signed by the person to authorize the job.

Service Fees

The hourly rate for the Instrument Shop is $36/hour for labor, plus the cost of materials.
