The College of Sciences has more than 60 faculty<\/a> conducting active research and educational initiatives in AI and machine learning across the geosciences, statistics, biological sciences, chemistry, mathematics and physics. To promote collaboration across the entire NC State campus, the college is establishing an AI Hub for Science<\/strong> \u2014 a central home for AI-driven research, innovation and education.<\/p>\n\n\n

In Fall 2025, the college and AI Hub held the first AI workshop to highlight current activities, foster collaboration and build momentum for strategic growth in AI for science. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

AI Research Spans Our College<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
